Went to an open house event and quickly talked with the hiring manager about my experiences, availability, and they asked me about my interests in fashion, customer service etc. Nothing to extensive and they asked me for a second interview a week later where I was offered the position.
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
