Hiring and Interview process was very quick. :) Monday: I saw an ad thru the mall's website that Zara is seeking for a cashier and stock associate. Tuesday: I went to the store and was greeted by one of their associates. I inquire about the job opening and she immediately gave me an application form. I filled it out and handed it back with my resume attached to it. I was told that she will give it later to the hiring manager and that they will call me back afterwards. I receive a call later that day inviting me for an interview. Wednesday: Made some research about the company and read reviews (thru Glassdoor) for me to prepare my self and to know more about the company. Thursday: Meet with the Assistant Manager for an interview. The interview was very casual and i didn't feel intimidated at all. She was very friendly and accommodating. After the interview, she told me that i'll be better of as a sales associate, instead of a cashier and stock associate because of my energy and cheerful personality. She also said that she'll call some of my personal references and will call me back to let me know about the job. Friday: - - - Saturday: Got a call from the Assistant Manager, offering me the job which I gladly accepted then invited me to come in Monday for me to sign some paper works.
