It was a group interview (5 people and the area manager). Nothing difficult but be prepared to get questions about the brand. A lot of questions about your motivation and your previous experience.

I was very nervous and the manager was never rude, she asked me the typical questions, tell me about yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses, and the one I remember that I kept thinking about was that she asked me to recreate a situation with a customer that could happen to me in zara and how I could solve it.
