I filled a form online, I got a mail confirming that my application has been received. Days later I got a response calling me for an interview at their location in union square. I got there and filled another form again before I was called in for the interview.

The interview process was really easy. The interviewer asked basic questions about my experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also wanted to know if I was familiar with the brand and its products. The atmosphere was friendly, and the conversation felt natural. Overall, it was a smooth and simple experience
It was a new store opening and I had an interview over the phone. Simple and to the point. Human resources was very understanding and nice. I never met them, but grateful for giving me the opportunity for this interview.
