I went through a group interview when the new store was opening up at the local mall. There were 2 HR reps and about 10 other interviewees. The 2 HR reps would ask behavioral and situational based questions in which they would ask each person to answer yet switch up the questions so they get a variety of answers. In my entire batch, I don't remember anyone else getting hired. I got the position and they actually offered a position with one of Inditex's other sub-store, Massimo Dutti - Note Inditex it the parent company. The main reason is because when I was answering my questions, I was answering the interview questions more customer-based which is what Massimo Dutti is known for - a more boutique type store that focuses on customer service.

It was an individual interview, the questions were fairly straightforward. I didn't have direct experience but was able to leverage learnings from other jobs. Overall, a fairly straightforward process, heard back with a response within 2 weeks.

I was very nervous and the manager was never rude, she asked me the typical questions, tell me about yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses, and the one I remember that I kept thinking about was that she asked me to recreate a situation with a customer that could happen to me in zara and how I could solve it.
