10-15 minute interview usually in the store. It’ll be a one-on-on interview. Basic questions regarding three to four different situations where you have to solve the issue, what you would do differently, etc. Basic questions about availability, background, and previous job experience. They also ask if you can adapt to their fast paced environment.

Are you able to work in a fast-paced environment? We will need you to switch in between cashier or the normal sales floor or the fitting rooms wherever we need you to be. Are you able to multitask and complete all your tasks?
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them
