I got a call from Inditex a few days after I applied on their website inviting me to a group interview. There were about 40+ people. We were given an application form to fill in, then we went to a room where a woman asked us about Inditex, then we watched a short movie about the company. After that we were asked what new information we found out from the video. Then we were asked how do we think a work day at zara looks like. Then we watched another video about this. Then we were given time to finish the application forms, and then we had a quick 1 on 1 interview. The next day, on Friday, they called me to tell me I was successful and scheduled the interview with the store manager for Monday. Later that day I got the job.
