the interview process is fairly normal. You're asked general questions and just talk about yourself for a little. Nothing crazy. The most interesting part of the interview was that it took place all around the store. the store manager and I walked around the store and talked and every now and then we'd talk about something on the shelf maybe. It ended with about 5 minutes outside the store on one of the mall benches where I was told in private the amount I'd be making if I took the job. (Obviously, we stepped out so other employees wouldn't hear that part). It was cool.

I applied for a sales assistant job on joinfashioninditex.com for Zara on 27/10/15. Around 3 weeks later I got an interview for the 19/11/2015, this was a group interview thing where we watched two videos, discussed the history of inditex and talked about what branch we wanted to work in. I got called 3/4 hours later for an interview at Zara at Oxford street on the 20/11/15 I attended the interview, and was welcomed by a really lovely lady. She was very welcoming and helped me through the whole interview process in terms of what we would be discussing.
