First they will do a phone screening asking a fee questions then a zoom interview which will be much longer (covid during this time). I assume it'd be face-to-face if not for covid

They do a quick phone screening asking what your day-to-day responsibilities looked like at your previous job and then they'll ask the same thing in your zoom. The interviewer then asks how you'll be like to adapt in the store for zara kids/mens/womens, etc and customer service related questions.

The first interview was a group interview with about five other people. Within a couple of days I was called in for a second interview. Both interviews were very easy and asked basic questions. However I was not informed until the second interview that you are forced to start as part-time.
