Manager called and asked for me to come in and chat a week after I had turned in my application. He asked about my previous boutique work history and my take on customer service. I wasn't asked any typical interview questions, just a quick chat to see how personable I am. Interview took less than 5 minutes, I was hired on the spot.

How did you feel about working in customer service before?
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
