I applied online from their advertisements. Got a phone call a few days later asking if I'm available for a group interview 2 days later. When I got to the HQ in the city, we were asked to fill out a form and our availabilities. During the interview, we introduced ourselves, performed a scenario with a partner and answered a question in front of everyone.
