easy. they literally hire anyone whos willing to work for them since its a busy store. Many employees ended up quitting in the Tysons Corner location because managers were absolutely selfish and rude towards the employees
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
