Applied online. Got an interview at a hotel in Scottsdale. Met with a lady after filling out a paper pamphlet and was asked questions of my selling abilities and my views on fashion. Was later called and offered the job. Trained for 2 months prior to starting and also opened the star. Did a lot of hard labor in order to get everything prepared.

It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them
