Two phase interview and required group work where you watched videos. Introduced yourself to group and explained why you were there. Then filled out form and handed it in. They then said they would call you back in room if you were successful.
Online group interview with the HR director. The questions were quite casual. Asked about how’s my life going in Sydney, self-introduction, nothing related to jobs in fact. After the interview I was invited to the store, as a training day.

Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses
