Goy referred through an employment support agency called Restart, they referred me for a group interview in london, they asked basic questions, like what what you do with a difficult customer Etc. Just needed to show that i could speak up within the group. I got a job at zara on a temporary 32 hour contract in 2023.
Had a phone interview with one of the managers briefly asking questions like 'tell me about yourself and then invited for a f2f interview with a store manager for a pretty chill casual interview
