I applied by walking into the store and asking for the manager. Got a call back 4 days later telling me to come in the next day for the interview. It was a group interview, with 2 other people...neither of them had retail experience so I felt like I had an advantage. The interviewer asked a few pretty basic questions and kept it short, the whole interview was about 30 min. Got a call back 2 hours later telling me I got the job!
