Meeting with the owner in store. Got asked questions about my working history, availabilities and experience. It was a 1 on 1 interview (not like a group interview compared to other businesses). When i recieved the job it was almost immediately so I didn't have to wait a few weeks to hear back from them. 10/10 experience.

The interview process was easy and straightforward. Filled out a form with my details, availability, previous experience, etc. Manager asked a few basic questions, the whole process took about 15 min. Offered a trial shift for the next day.
