This is not the first interview I have had with Zayo. I want to say this was my third as I didn’t “have enough experience” for the other positions. With that being said for this position including the others I made it to the final rounds for all of them. You would think if I didn’t have enough experience they would of caught that in the initial phone screen. For this particular role I made it to the end for a final interview with Brooke Woods. I was completely ghosted after this. Not even a generic rejection email. I emailed her and messaged her on LinkedIn and didn’t receive any response or feedback. You would think if you make it that far in an interview process that you would at least receive an email saying no. I would steer clear of this company. Anyways. 1. Phone Screen 2. Team Interview 3. Hiring Manager Interview 4. Depending on position a take home excel test
