I applied through employee referral. Process took a week. Two rounds of interview. Interviewed at their Govandi (Mumbai) Office. First was 1 - 1 interview. In the second part they asked me to prepare two reports (1. Describe your Interview process - 1 page Word doc) and (2. Prepare an excel chart using any data of your choice),primarily done to check your writing and excel skills.
