In the job description, it says all employees must be vaccinated to be employed with the company, and then the very next sentence says they don't discriminate and find it unlawful. The hypocrisy is hilarious and certainly not a place I would ever give any time or energy to, even though they make a dang good suite of products that I've been a long-time fan, user, and advocate for. Unfortunately, I won't be implementing them moving forward as I once did due to this reason. Please don't try to control your employee's very personal decisions, especially ones concerning their health-- that's what my healthcare team is for. It's none of your business, it's embarrassing, and several years in the future I believe you will look back on these times and realize you made the wrong decision.
