the interview has 3 stages, and each stage has different meetings. The first was with the simple tech recruiter just a presentation of the vacancy. The second part is with a manager of the area and a manager of the product that you will be inserted. And the third part was 4 technical interviews, one general, one with code, one with architecture and another with an engineer from the area more focused on personal profile.

I applied for a Data Engineer position at Zendesk and a recruiter sent me an email saying she wanted to schedule an interview. I scheduled it and the recruiter didn't show up on the scheduled day. I sent an email asking if such an interview would take place and the recruiter agreed to reschedule. On the day of the interview, this recruiter seemed completely lost to me, it seemed like she didn't know what she was doing.
A few weeks later and no contact about the possible next phase. I sent an email asking. Then she replied that she had opted for another candidate.
I ask if these opportunities are really real or are they fake opportunities.
The worst thing is knowing that the Zendesk company and the candidates are in the hands of these completely unqualified people. How many good candidates did they lose due to unprepared HR?
Zendesk needs to improve its HR process.
