Worst recruiter interaction I've ever experienced. I applied online, and the recruiter reached out for a phone screen. She no-showed on me twice and didn't even bother to apologize. Crazy to think that a company focused on service and customer experience would have this type of interaction with potential future employees. Shame.

The interview process was straight forward. The company wanted to see if you had general knowledge of the solution. If you do not have a software background, it is recommended to watch videos or start a free trial to gain a better understanding.
