One phone call, and then one in person interview that took almost a week to schedule. The in person interview felt pretty impersonal, in a tiny room. Talked to 3 different people and answered sample customer support emails.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me after 2 days. The phone interview was about 30 minutes long and the recruiter was asking standard questions about my previous experience and why I would be a good fit in the Implementation Analyst role. Once the phone screen was complete, I was invited to come into the office 2 days after and met with 5 different interviewers. I was in the office for 2 hours exactly. I knew ahead of time that this company wants passionate employees. You need to do your research and find out as much as you can about the company in order to provide answers to the questions the interviewers are looking for. I spoke with 4 people who were IA's/IM's and a Director. It was a great experience being able to speak about my skill sets and match them up with this position. I interviewed on a Friday, and got a call back on Monday with an offer - accepted.
