First there is a one-way video interview that you submit to the company. Then a recruiter contacts you and does a quick phone screening, in which then she will schedule your interview with the team. The in-person interview is done by two associates from the team. When I walked into the interview and started interacting with the two associates they seem extremely disengaged, and had no energy . I came there with a positive attitude and energy ready for this interview and their energy was completely negative until the end of the interview. They will also give you a math test that has ratio, graph, and percentage problems. I would suggest that the hiring team and recruiters pick people who are going to at minimum act like they want to be there. I have worked with the company in a different office and received a completely different experience. The Atlanta team in the interview were not a good reflection on the company.

I first did a one way video interview, then had a phone screening with a recruiter and lastly interviewed at the Atlanta office. Once I arrived the first interviewer was 30 minutes late and came in frazzled and uninterested from the beginning. Once the interview started she didn’t seem like she was prepared or even really looked at my resume at all beforehand. I actually had to give her my copy of the resume that I brought. She asked me a few questions about my resume and technical questions but she didn’t seem like she was paying attention to my answers. The second interviewer arrived later into the interview and I basically had to repeat my whole “tell me about yourself” speech all over again. Once I finished the interview I asked questions about what the program would entail and they didn’t seem like they really knew what direction it was going in and they were very vague about the whole thing. Didn’t seem like the Atlanta program was at all as established as the New York program or other locations which was a red flag. I then took an assessment test after the interview and was told by one of the interviewers that I could contact the initial recruiter about next steps which I did and NEVER heard back after emailing several times to follow up. I assumed that this meant I was no longer in consideration. This was a blow because I had to pay to fly to the Atlanta location, pay for a hotel and pay for transportation and they didn’t have the decency to let me know what my standing was at all. As a college student, taking in these expenses wasn’t easy but I did so because I was genuinely interested in the program. With how basic the interview was this could have been conducted via Skype and they could have had an online option to take the assessment test for those that are not local. I feel like this program sounds too good to be true and as I’ve seen from previous reviews is not worth the trouble of working there for low pay/no benefits for 5 months just on the chance that you MAY get hired full-time afterwards. They also need to look into all the locations and make sure they match up and are as established as the main New York location.

First there was a Short video interview where you answer 5 questions and record those answers, then a quick phone interview mostly laying out the logistics of the program, then finally an in-person group interview with a basic math test and an individual interview portion
