The whole process comprised of 3 stages. The first stage was a phone interview conducted by a person from Publicis Media's Talent Coordination team. The next stage was meeting up with two managers from the programmatic team. They were super friendly although I would say some questions asked were kind of difficult and seemed completely irrelevant to the role. They also ask mental math questions out of the blue (e.g. 9*17), so should rather brush up your mental math skills before attending the interview. Also, familiarising with brainteasers and market-sizing/guestimate questions is key to advance in the process and get the job. The final stage was really similar to the second stage, but the interview was conducted by the director and the head of the programmatic team. Although I received extremely positive feedback I did not receive an offer as the company decided to go with another candidate.

The interview started with, in dept questions about my CV ( be really prepared on yours), then continued on industry related questions (e.g. what is programmatic, what do you like about it, difference between programmatic and traditional media...) and it ends with arithmetic and logic related questions.
