Interview was held by the ceo of the company. Interview process went fine. But they made us believe we had gotten the job when we are in 7th sem and they had asked us to contact them after our final results, which we did. He asked us to meet him at the office, he made us wait for 3 hours after which he called us to his chamber, told us a story of a guy whose passion was gardening and asked us what is our passion, if we didnt have one, he asked us to find one. Instead of talking to us about the job and our position in the office. He gave us lecture about unwanted things.

We had a selection process on campus. Level 1 was testing your analytical skills. Level 2 was communication skills and Level 3 was technical. They were easy to clear, but you should be confident in whatever you answer and be ready to re-locate if asked.
