I don't understand what they are expecting from the candidate, I spent 2 hour in online test, and 2 more tests 1-aptittude,1-versant. After that they invited for First round of discussion with GM, then next round with manager, HR didn't share any update regarding my second round of interview, couple of emails sent but no reply, called to HR only answer is 'Still didn't get any update from interviewer' even after 1 of interview. Finally after 20 days when I mail them for update then the very next day they sent me regret email. Its just a complete waste of time over all.

I was contacted by the recruiter and the process took one month(thank god it was bit soon for me) Due to Covid 19 situation, all the rounds were conducted on hackerearth platform. Round 1: Technical written. 2 java programs on strings and 20 multiple choice questions covering SQL, CSS, C#, java script. Round 2: Online written on aptitude, 12 mins, 50 questions. Round 3: Online written on English verbal and written skills Round 4: Technical face to face on hackerearth ( kind of video calling and there will be an online IDE to write the code) Questions on java programming framework designing, selenium, xpaths. Round 5: Technical face to face on hackerearth platform. Questions on framework designing, challenges faced in automation. Java programs on strings and arrays, collections. Questions on sorting techniques. Round 6: Technical round Again questions on framework designing, java programs, real time scenarios in testing. Sometimes you will not have any clue why you got rejected though you performed well ( That's alright we have to respect their decision, because I don't think any company would conduct interviews for timepass or to get the interview exposure to their employees) Below are few things which I personally felt bad: 1. I don't want to complain on the questions they have asked and the reason to not select a candidate, but most disappointing part is you have to wait for days after each round and you don't get the response if you don't follow up. 2. Most of the times when you call the HR, the answer would be we are yet to get the feedback. 3. We know there would be lot of process a company follows to select a candidate but just try to make things clear to the candidate at the beginning itself about the procedure and the amount of time( how many months) it is going to take. 4. There isn't much difference in an employer making a candidate wait for a month to give the feedback and a candidate rejecting the offer of the same company just before a day prior to joining date.
