Interview process had three stages. First stage was a test. Second stage was interview with HR manager. Third stage interview with General Director. Test consisted of 3 texts for translation form three languages (Russian, Armenian, and English), 2 logical quizzes, and a task to write a business letter. During first interview I was required to speak Armenian, Russian, and English to check my knowledge.
