2 rounds of interview:
1) 30 minutes technical discussion
2) Take-home assignment + 2.5 hours panel interview
The process was somewhat unconventional, requiring candidates to prepare a topic in advance. Some interviewer(s) were really friendly and supportive, while others were less so. It was disappointing when some arrived late without acknowledgment, didn’t even ask about the take-home assignment that required significant effort, and cut the interview short when I took time to think through a challenging question.

First round is usually with the HR. HR will do a pre-screen. If everything goes well, it will be your line manager and department head. After that interview, depending on role and scope, there may be a meet the team interview for the team to know you better.
If everything goes smoothly, you are in - HR will call to speak about other details.
