The interview process was very quick and very efficient. I applied online and got a response for a phone interview within 3 days. The day after completing the phone interview, I was asked to come in for an in person interview. I lived in CA at the time and since the position was in WA, they offered to do a video conference. I didn't mind flying up, so the following Monday I flew up for the in-person interview. They were really accommodating to my schedule and very kind throughout the whole process.
