I applied online on their website and was contacted by the recruiter several days later for a phone screening. Typical screening asking about my experience and interest in the position, it went well and at the end recruiter let me know I would move on to the phone interview. Recruiter contacted me after the weekend to schedule a phone interview. I was able to schedule it for the next day. I spoke with a director, again typical phone interview questions on experience & skills. They were on time and very friendly. It went very well, recruiter called me back same day to schedule on site. On-site was a few days later. Two 30 min interviews - first with manager & team peer, then manager & 2 members of a close XFN team. Everyone was very accommodating, friendly and casual which helped make the interview feel very relaxed and easy to talk through. Recruiter called with an offer, later the same day.
