Interviewed with recruiter first. It was an easy 30 minute conversation. They just wanted to make sure my experience matched up with the job description. Second interview was with hiring manager. They had a few questions about previous jobs and interacting with customers. Third interviewer had some tricky questions. They were all pretty basic interview questions. I will say they probably want to hear something different, though, as far as your answers go. I'm sure they hear numerous applicant say the same answers over and over. I noticed when I answered a question that was very specific to my work experiences, the interviewer was excited and said he would remember that answer for the future.

The combination of technology and amazing people at Zillow made this an incredible interview process. My recruiter Kelly organized the entire process perfectly through her emails and calls. The ease of the process continued with Rob and Justin on our zoom calls. All three displayed professionalism and happiness during the interview process, which made me feel comfortable and let me know how fantastic working for the company must be.

With many topics discussed, Customer service was covered in a variety of questions. Describing the importance of Customer Service was the type of question that I was glad to be asked. Knowing that Zillow places customer service at the top of the list lets me know I'm interviewing with the right company.

Two thirty minute interviews back to back. Interviews took place on Zoom. The two gentlemen I interviewed seemed very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It’s been almost two weeks but I still have not heard anything back.
