I had an initial intake call with a recruiter. He was very professional and was able to provide great high level overview of the position. Then had a call with the department manager. It was an informal get to know you call. After that call I had a loop interview with the department team lead, a co-worker and then ending with the department manager via zoom. Very professional, easy discussion and they answered questions openly.

2nd interview process, first one lost to internals
This go around I am contacted to interview as they are expanding the role. First red flag change they made is that now they are using AI for part of the interview process. For a CSM role. You can’t deescalate an angry AI that is designed to remain combative.
Then I interview sequentially and honestly not much has changed since the last time.
The interview process is really easy and 2 steps only. Come prepared with questions, and be prepared to share about your experience. They ask straightforward questions as they want to get to know you.

1st interview with recruiter then 3 30 minute interviews in immediate succession the following week. Recruiter did well at setting you up and knowing what to expect. Back to back interviews were with teammates and departments that you work closely with
