Comprises of 3 rounds of interviews and a personality assessment test. However, I found out after the 3rd round of interview that there was a misalignment of expectations of the candidate which the HR recruiter did not manage internally with different hiring managers/stakeholders nor find out or inform the search firm before commissioning the search. A waste of time and resources from both parties. Not professional in it's management of recruitment process and slow in getting back to candidate following each round of interviews. Only heard back from HR recruiter after over 3 weeks from date of 3rd interview.
