I just had a phone interview with an Engineer that lasted roughly 20-25minutes. At first, I thought it was just a phone screen but after reviewing my resume we dove straight into a critical thinking question.

A couple phone interviews then in person on site. Everyone was nice and the interview was mainly behavioral. I met with a panel of 5 people. The range of titles that interviewed me was good and allowed me to see different areas of business.

How I handle group projects and collaborating across functions.
Three rounds of interviews; the number of rounds depends on the size of the team. The questions depend on person to person, but be prepared with basic interview questions. Be ready to talk about your past experiences and skills. I did not have an HR round.
