Received phone call from corporate recruiter to set up meeting with regional manager with whom I then had another phone interview with. This was the most unprofessional interview I have been a part of. I will preface by saying that I was most likely not the most qualified applicant and by no means did I feel entitled to move on to the next round but I approached it as if I was. The interviewer couldn't be bothered from the start. She was driving in her car, yawning from the moment we said hello, rude with every question asked. I expressed my sincere interest in the job and asked a few questions but the experience was treated like a burden. I understand that she is a very busy working professional but nonetheless, interviewing candidates is part of her job. While this may have been something she didn't want to partake in, it was a huge day for me, one that meant a lot to me and my family. Like I said above, I am sure a more qualified candidate was hired, but the lack of professionalism was noted and I will be sure to pass that along to any other medical sales professionals I know who may consider Zimmer in the future.

The first interview was with HR over the phone and just went over resume. The second interview was also on the phone and very casual interview that didn't ask too many detailed questions.
