Probably the worst interview process I have experienced. The whole process was disorganized and messy. When I was scheduling my first call with the recruiter had my first call scheduled with the recruiter they wanted it done ASAP. I was on vacation and had to schedule it for the following day instead of waiting a few days. Once I had the call with the recruiter she would ask a question and then cut me off in the middle of the question to move to the next question. The same thing happened for scheduling my second and third call, they needed someone asap. The actual interview was pretty easy. Just had situational questions. They will get hung up on if you are not from the industry and put that out there multiple times. The pay is pretty low compared to the industry. After my third call, they went radio silent and gave no updates even though "they were moving fast and looking to hire ASAP". Wish they would have the same energy in getting back to the interviewees that they had interviewed. I received a response a week and a half later and that was only because I emailed to follow up.
