      Colloquio

I applied on a Friday and receive an email from a recruiter that following Monday. We set up a phone screening for that Wednesday. The phone screening seemed like an actual interview in and of itself. After asking me many questions, he goes on to explain the position. It is a customer service position in which you deal with the physicians rather than the patients. He tells me that the compensation is $30,000 a year, full benefits, and are expected to work from 8a-5p. I was asked to come in for an interview with a few different managers in Scottsdale and a few other managers via Skype in New York. Based on the hundreds of reviews on here, it looks like they waste your time for 2-3 hours and give out rejection letters much more than they give out acceptance letters. Also, based on the reviews, the turn over rate is extremely high, which is why they are always hiring. Yeah, the benefits and catered lunch seem great, but the minimum wage pay for a college graduate isn't going to cut it. The reviews on Glassdoor have really turned me off from this company. I'll be passing on any further interviews.

      Colloquio

I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter who encouraged me to apply. I applied online and was contacted via telephone by the recruiter for an interview. I was interviewed 7 times, always over Skype and by 1-2 people. I was notified via telephone about the job offer. I was then emailed several documents to review, complete, and e-sign. Training was paid and lasted 1-2 weeks.

      Colloquio

It didn't start well. The recruiter forgot about our phone interview so I called her. She obviously wasn't prepared but we had a good conversation. She recommended a different position and I got invited to the first round of in person interviews. In person was very casual. There were some obvious miscommunications but, again, we had a good conversation. I walked out feeling good about it. I got invited to the second round of in person interviews. They asked me to arrive 15 minutes early and I ended up waiting until they moved me to the interview room where I waited some more. Got interviewed by two separate guys who both seemed like they didn't want to be there. They mostly stared at their clipboards and tried not to yawn. They asked basic questions which I had already been asked several times. The last guy admitted that among the six different people who had interviewed me, none of them had communicated with each other. I got the feeling that a decision had been made before I got there. I wasn't too surprised by the rejection email but I was disappointed. Also, both times I went in they asked me to bring copies of my resume but said they didn't need them when I got there.
