If you love giving up your time to sit through an email questionnaire followed by a few rounds of interviews, only to get ghosted at the end, then Zogics would be the perfect place for you to apply. The final interview had the customer service team asking the interview questions. Their website lists them as one of the "best workplaces in the country" yet their HR team can't be bothered to send an email letting you know they've hired someone else after stringing you along for weeks. I didn't hold my breath when I got the message "sorry for the delay, we should have a decision by next week" because I had heard the same thing the week before. Never heard from them again. Very unprofessional. We know there are many applicants for every job, and you can't be expected to reach out to everyone, but it is common decency to communicate with the few that make it to the final rounds of interviewing. I hope they are more respectful to the people that they actually hire than they are to the applicants.

Phone interview was straightforward and seemingly pleasant but they ghosted me after offering me a second interview. Just straight up ignored my emails after asking me to reach out and schedule it. Really unprofessional and disappointing experience.
