Pen and paper round of C++ and Logic-Math questions in Round 1. Round 2 was speed coding. Round 3 situation based questions -- we asked to program Wumpus World problem step by step. Round 4 - 3 1:1 interview. First one who asked genric question, a full technical 1 hour questioning was the next, last one is a HR. Interview process was technical and answering in Tamil was accepted and appreciated as Tamil helped to give the flow of thought.
The interview process is good and smooth. The interviewer expects and analyzes the candidate problem solving instead of the results. So the overall experience was smooth and good but I am declined due to the personal reasons.
For fresher, Interview process is of 5 rounds, with 1st round as aptitude questions and 2nd round is of Logical and aptitude questions, 3rd and 4th round is of Logical questions and 5th round is HR round
