I had an in-person interview and got this opportunity via referral.
Round 1: Developing a news feed app with network awareness.
I was given 3 hours of time to built an app with tech requirement:
Kotlin, MVVM, Retrofit, Coroutines/Flow,
Room for caching,
Jetpack Compose/XML, Navigation,
Connectivity Manager for network.
Round 2: Technical Interview questions, will be given in the below interview questions (held for 1 hour).
I did not get selected for further rounds.

The interview process included multiple stages: first, an online interview task, followed by an offline DSA test. Then, I had a technical round, another Android development-related task, and finally the HR round. Each stage was designed to assess different skills—problem-solving, coding ability, domain expertise, and communication.

The questions tested both foundational knowledge and practical implementation skills. There was also a focus on architectural patterns, performance optimization, and real-world problem-solving scenarios within Android apps.
