- Upon shortlisting the profile, there will be a call from HR department - Company details will be explained and a few basic questions will be asked about the current CTC, reason for change, notice period etc and a date will be conveyed for the interview - Upon selection there will be another round of HR about notice period and salary negotiations. - If finalized, the offer letters will be handed over in 2-3 days maximum
