I applied online and after 3 weeks got response back from HR representative for a phone interview. The phone interview went very well and she was very happy with my responses as she mentioned to forward my resume to the hiring manager. The hiring manager decided not to interview. Very strange and rude.

Primarily related to product management, stakeholder and customer expectation management and delivery. The hiring manager seemed to be very rude and arrogant. Not sure how they can run business long with such attitude.
