The interview process was smooth and straight forward. The hiring manager called for a phone interview, which then followed with a one-on-one in-person interview. I did have a second interview with the hiring manager and an additional two people. Overall, I was given the chance to sell myself. Answer questions based on how my skills would fit the position and help our department continue it's success.
