4/15/2019 - I have applied for the Phone Sales Engineer 6/3/2019 - I was shortlisted for an Interview 6/4/2019 - Initial HR Screening Call with the talent acquisition in Colorado 6/7/2019 - Interview with the Hiring Manager in Colorado 6/10/2019 - Interview with the Global Solution Architecture Manager 6/18/2019 - Interview with the SE Manager 6/27/2019 - On-Site Interview with the Sales Engineer Team, Head of UK&Ireland 7/1/2019 - Interview with Distinguished Sales Engineer 7/10/2019 - Final Feedback It's very disappointing to spend eight interviews of my time, and the feedback that I have got is a very generic standard message. Someone who will reach the final stage must be outstanding. The feedback never mentioned explicitly, why I wasn't selected whether its lack of communications skills, lack of qualifications, lack of experience, etc. I have 10+ years of experience in the UC industry, three valid CCIE's in UC, Wireless and Data Center. Very strong Presales, Technical and Post-Sales Experience. I have experience with Polycom, Cisco and Microsoft UC and all that never intercede or paid off to be selected for the position. It would be highly appreciated to share the real reasons for why I wasn't selected? And what areas of improvement to help me pursue my next position?
