Zoom recruiter Valerie Messa reached out to me via LinkedIn. She was really helpful and very responsive. I had two rounds of interview apart from initial discussion about the role and my experience/interests with the recruiter. From the screening to final decision was less than two weeks and the recruiter was very engaged with me and the hiring manager through the whole process.

There were multiple rounds of interviews: 1. Screening with a recruiter to see if I was a good fit for them 2. Screening with the team manager to see if they were a good fit for me (I like that they do this early to not waste people's time if it wouldn't be the right job) 3. Two technical interviews (back-to-back) with different members of the team 4. A final interview with the team manager
