I was initially contacted by, I presume, an HR manager. From there the communication broke down and misinformation flew around like an unwanted step-child. I never received a follow-up after my initial call nor did I get an explanation for the lack of feedback. I did get a series of apologies for some other lackey not connecting back with me but no resolution ever occurred. Eventually I got a robot email stating that I wasn't selected for the position. GREAT. I wouldn't apply with Zoom again if my livelihood depended on it.
