Applied online and recruiter reached out pretty quickly to set up a screening. 30 min screening with recruiter went well. Didn't hear for a few weeks so reached out to recruiter. Ghosted after that with no follow-up or feedback until over a month later getting a rejection and request to fill this survey out.
