applied to two AE roles, first AE role included several interviews: recruiter, hiring manager, mock discovery call, then three back to back interviews with leadership and team member. The process was long, with a week or more in between each interview, initially I was told it would be about 3-4weeks but ended up being almost 3 months. Then there was another request to meet with the hiring manager, it was presented as an informal conversation to get a tour of the office. However, it turned out to be another interview round with no tour. Another week went by before I got a final answer from the team. The next role I applied to the interview process changed and included a behavioral assessment with 89 questions. The next interview was a panel interview with only "tell me about a time" questions. Each time I was left with about 5-10 minutes for my questions. I would have liked to have seen better communication on process and expectations on duration for feedback.
