Kim Young initially reached out to me and conducted a phone screening for the role. She was then there through the entire process promptly keeping me updated, and answering any questions I had along the way. After the phone screening, I went through two rounds of interviews and unfortunately didn't make it past the second round. Kim was kind to let me know of this before the weekend, and followed up with me the following Monday to share the feedback she received from the team. I sincerely appreciated her kindness throughout the whole process.
